So on Thursday we're flying out at 7am to Newark N.J. for Prairie Home Companion's Battle of the Bands. We've got our songs picked out and we're ready to give Jersey hell! Honestly this whole thing has been really interesting. I've never been involved with such a large production - we've been sent detailed itineraries, instructions and further instructions. It's a little crazy. I'm excited to meet Garrison Keillor. I'm really looking forward to getting on a huge stage and playing our songs to thousands of people. I've always wanted to do that... I don't really care if we win or anything, it's pretty incredible that we get the chance to do this show in the first place. I'm really happy to have such a great band, we have a pretty good time together, and I'm stoked to get the chance to perform on an American Institution.
